The Golf4Good (G4G) tournament that benefits the Presbyterian Urban Ministries (PUM) is scheduled for Monday, September 8th at the Admiral Baker Golf Course. Volunteers are needed to check in golfers, monitor the hole-in-one event, and other prize-holes, distribute drinks to golfers on the course from carts, place and collect the prize-hole signs on the golf course, help to decorate banquet tables, and assist in the silent auction. If you are willing to volunteer for all or part of the day, call the church office at (619) 582-8480 and ask to be in contact with Patti Ireland.
Registration is still open ($175.00) to play in the tournament, and closes September 1. Non-golfing PUM supporters are also welcome to attend. The cost is $25.00 and includes the banquet dinner after the tournament. For more information call the church office and ask for Steven Wood, the G4G ambassador to sign up or answer your questions.
