Presbyterian Disaster Assistance (PDA) is providing emergency relief and short-term recovery in the impacted areas through our partner, ACT Alliance and its members. Immediate response will help provide needed food, water, supplies, and medicine to the impacted towns and villages. Church and Society – It’s coming back, starting in June. On Sundays, we’ll meet about 8:30am in the library to discuss various public policy advocacy issues using newsletters from places like the Presbyterian Office of Public Witness, the Friends Committee on National Legislation, the Presbyterian United Nations Office, and the California Council of Churches.

On May 16th, at 6:30pm in Room 2, we invite the women of the congregation and their friends and family for a Bible Study. We will begin a study on the book of Hebrews using the guide Shepherd’s Notes: Hebrews by David Shepherd.

On Monday morning, May 11th we will be having a coffee stand for our SDSU neighbors. Please join us to host a coffee stand. We welcome donation of baked goods and fruits. If you would like to volunteer, there are many ways you can help: food preparation (come early); clean up; serving; or just being there to greet the college students. Please see Sarah Scardino after church on Sunday. There will also be a College Ministry table in the patio on Sunday. So check it out for time and volunteer opportunities.
