Join us Christmas caroling on December 20th at 6:00pm. We will meet in the Fellowship hall and will carpool to our destinations. Please dress warmly and bring flashlight.
Please bring a can of chili and our chef will prepare a chili dinner for us upon our return from caroling.
Thank you for your toy donations for children of our San Diego military families.
Please bring unwrapped toys to church on Sundays or bring them to the office, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm.
Last year, we served over 400 families and we hope to do more this year. A few suggestions: Board Games, Balls, Action Figures, Dolls, Toy Cars/Trucks, and $10-$15 Gift Cards (Target or Walmart).

We are sponsoring a family this Christmas through PUM(Presbyterian Urban Ministries)! The family consists of a mom and dad and three boys (a set of twins and a three-year old). They just got their apartment and the mom has a job. The dad stays home to look after their special-needs son.
If you are not sure of what to give, please see Michelle Crownhart after worship on Sundays for a list of sizes and likes. If you would rather give cash, we do accept cash donations.
PUM is also collecting items to keep people warm this winter. We appreciate donations of blankets, diapers, jackets and warm undies. Food donation is also welcome!
Thank you for any help you can give.

2016 Christmas Craft Studio!
December 4, 2016 at 11:00am in the Faith Family Center, right after worship.
Satisfying crafting without the need to purchase supplies or clean up afterwards. A great way to de-commercialize holiday gift giving. All ages are welcome, young kids will need to be supervised. Suggested donation of $5.00, $4.00, $2.00 depending on the craft you would like to participate in.
There will be healthy snacks. We request that you reserve projects ahead of time to ensure supplies by either signing up after church or sending e-mail to mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please take a flyer from the narthex on Sundays or print this flyer christmas-craft-2016 and invite your family to join you. Thank you for making your reservations early.
Please join us for our Christmas Eve Services:
5:30pm – Family Service of Worship (come as you are)
7:30pm – Traditional Service of Worship with Candle Lighting in the courtyard
We will have fellowship/coffee time starting at 6:15pm in the Fellowship Hall.
Have a blessed, peaceful and joyful Christmas!
You are all joyfully invited to our Christmas Concert celebrating the birth of Christ, December 13 at 7:00pm.
Our concert will feature our choir and handbell ensemble, a string ensemble, Martha Lenocker, soprano soloist; Rhonda Fleming, our accompanist; and you, the congregation! The program will feature a wide variety of Christmas music along some congregational carols.
Feel free to print this flyer for your friends and neighbors: FPC HANDOUT Christmas Concert 2015
Military Outreach Ministries (MOM) will again set up Christmas stores for our San Diego military families. These Christmas stores will be a place for military families to come and shop for gifts for their children. MOM serves many families in this way during the Christmas holidays.
Help the MOM bring Christmas joy to our military families. Please bring unwrapped toys for babies, toddlers, children ages 2-12 and teens 13-14.
See Carolyn Taxer on Sundays after worship with any questions, or leave a message for her at the church office by calling (619) 582-8480 or e-mail email@example.com.
Do you know, our San Diego MOM has FREE MONTHLY FOOD MINISTRIES AND BREAD MINISTRIES? There are many, many more ways they help our military community, and if interested to find out more about MOM and about all the good things they do year-round, please visit: http://www.sandiegomom.org/
Are you looking for a new way to experience the spirit of Christmas in your gift giving this year? Come visit the Holiday Mission Fair on November 1, 2015 in the Fellowship hall after worship.
