Deacons are “the hands and feet of Christ.”
Our Deacon Ministry provides outreach to the community through liaison with the Alliance Health Clinic, Interfaith Network Shelter, Military Outreach Ministries (MOM), New Day Urban Ministries, and Prison Ministry.
In addition to outreaches, the Deacons set the Lord’s Table for Communion Services, manages flowers for Sunday Services, and hosts receptions for Memorial Services conducted at Faith Presbyterian. In addition, the ministry provides care and comfort to those in need through phone calls, visits to homes, hospitals, or facilities, cards and notes of encouragement.
